  The new managers are very approachable & great to deal with. Highly recommend. They haven't been there long but have managed to resolve our issues as soon as possible. If you rent through them & haven't met them I would recommend you go say hi & if you have anything that needs looking at go talk to them as I know they are much more approachable & will to help sort out any issues that require their attention. It's so refreshing to be treated like a person & not just a number.

  Gary and Carol are great managers, both very approachable! They took pride in keeping the complex tidy and gardens maintained. If anything needed to be fixed they would as soon as they could! Thank you both for always communicating with us when owner was selling you made the transition stress free!

  My experience with the Management and Harvard Mews unit complex was absolutely brilliant. The complex was always kept to a high level of cleanliness and user friendly. The people within the complex are absolutely lovely provide a real family friendly environment.
  
  The new Management headed by Carol have brought a new level of personal touch to the complex and have fitted in very well. They truly care about their role and engage with the tenants to ensure the best possible living arrangements and experience.
