Partner and I are pay our membership out of the same acct, partner forgot to tag a couple of times charged $60 4 times and no refunds!!!! But yet no alternative for having no tag, no book or anything to sign in but still manage to charge you! Initially came from Ormeau so we would sign in, no option for that here! Don't care about their members just money hungry!!!!!!!!!!! No understanding at all!!!!!!! No warnings given, not a call or an email! Just taken straight out of our account. Save your money and go elsewhere, plenty of other gyms around the area. Not to mention we have got 4 friends to join this gym aswell! RUDE!!!!!! And also the workers from Ormeau told us we have to receive a warning first. What an absolute joke!
