  Don't think I've ever met a vet team who show so much love to 'fur' babies. Our Bongi was seen by three different vets this week, two for actual consults and one just for extra love. Consults can be overwhelming when emotions are high but there was no rush, extra time was taken and communication was clear. Overall an excellent experience for a very worried pet owner.

  This is a fantastic vet surgery! Dr Ryan is amazing with guinea pigs and is the most caring and compassionate human. The entire staff were lovely and the surgery is bright and clean. Thank you so much for looking after Custard! ❤️

  I cannot recommend this Vet Surgery enough! Dr Ryan Middler and his amazing team treat you with the up most respect and kindness especially when your pet is not well. My Guinea Pig Wesley needed surgery and I was rather upset because I love him so much. They made me feel heard and really made me feel like I had made the right choice and my pet was in safe hands. If anyone needs a good trustworthy vet, please go here! Very clean building and extremely knowledgeable staff and Drs. I cannot thank Dr Ryan Middler and his team enough. They will even call you to ask how you pet is doing and genuinely care about their patients and the owners.

  Could not recommend this vet clinic enough! I have been going to this clinic on and off between moving between Brisbane and Gold Coast over the past few years when they originally purchased it off the previous owners. Everyone is always so friendly and I feel so comfortable leaving my furkids in their capable hands.
